H3-Hope Horses 'N Heroes complies with all US federal and Washington state laws regarding the collection and use of the personal information of its website visitors.  We also strictly follow the requirements of the IRS with regard to collection of information on our donors and recipients of all fundraising activities.


Specifically, you are covered by this policy if you contact us through an email form on the website, or make a donation by use of the PayPal button, where PayPal's privacy policies apply as well. Every attempt is made to keep this policy in line with all current legal requirements. 

Please read the details below for further information on how your personal data might be used and what permissions your use of this website and its contact forms may be giving H3-Hope Horses 'N Heroes, herein referred to as H3.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

Visitors to this website are never required to provide contact information in order to read this website. However, certain data points will be collected, stored, and used when you email us about our program activities, or donate to H3.  For these purposes, visitors will be required to provide limited personal details to send an email message or to complete a donation, using our PayPal button. Your credit card information is not kept by H3, and is not accessible to us beyond the amount of your donation.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

From time to time for academic or research purposes, we may share aggregated demographic information with scholars, teachers, and government agencies. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.​

Security of Sensitive Information


Sensitive information such as credit card data is not collected via this website. Any collection of sensitive information for the purpose of making a donation to us is performed by PayPal, and governed by their privacy policies. Read those here.

This website is owned by Arleen Gibson and operated by the H3-Hope Horses 'N Heroes non-profit organization for wounded warriors past and present,  (herein referred to as H3), using equine assisted learning and therapy to facilitate healing from Combat Trauma, PTSD, TBI, and MST, located in Monroe, WA.  By using or accessing the website in any way, including viewing or browsing the site and its blog, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use.


H3 does not tolerate any form of discrimination, hate speech / email, or hate crimes towards the US military or veteran communities in the USA or abroad.  Any such behavior directed at us or those we serve via email to us or at any of our public events will be immediately referred to appropriate law enforcement officials for investigation and prosecution.

Intellectual Property


The website and all of its content including photos, blog posts, videos and any downloadable audios or documents are the sole property of H3 except where noted, and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

It is prohibited to take screen shots of any page or portion of a page of this website.  It is also prohibited to capture or copy any page or blog content and use it as your own on another website without our express written permission.
